SERVICES OFFERED
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is the international gold standard for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress. In essence, EMDR helps the nervous system clear out and finish digesting emotional and somatic distress that is packed in the body. With the release of this stored material in the body, physical, emotional and psychological relief follows. EMDR therapy is currently offered by Kate + Jen.
Gender Transition care for people of all ages follows the guidelines of the World Professional Association of Transgender Health.* This care includes navigating secondary symptoms to gender dysphoria such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, insomnia, emotional dysregulation and other distressing psychological and emotional experiences. Letters for gender affirming medical care are provided for those in treatment with WPATH providers, Emily + Jen, when clinically appropriate.
